Tüketicilerin Kahve Tüketim Alışkanlıkları ve Kahve Dükkanı Tercihleri: Antalya İlinde Bir Araştırma

The aim of this study is to examine the coffee consumption habits, coffee shop preferences of consumers in Antalya and their differences according to some variables. The research population is composed of coffee consumers living in Antalya region and the research sample is composed of 322 participants selected randomly from this universe. The research was conducted with the questionnaire. According to the data obtained, the percentage of the participants; It has been found that they prefer to drink Turkish coffee, their consumption is usually in the evening, because they love the taste of coffee. The most influential factors in the choice of respondents in the coffee shop are; It was found that there were other beverages in the menu with 85.7%, hygiene with 79.5%, coffee and beverage variety with 71.7%, and service and personnel quality of coffee shop with 69.9%. It was observed that 46.9% of the participants preferred foreign chain coffee shops and went to the coffee shop with friends. A significant difference was observed between the demographic characteristics and coffee shop preferences of the participants and the frequency of going to the coffee shop and the mean income level at the significance level of 0.01.
