The invention aims at providing a wood grid lattice veneer with the advantages of stable structure, fixed gap and higher assembly efficiency and a processing process of the wood grid lattice veneer. The wood grid lattice veneer comprises wood grid bars, an upper fixing plate and a lower fixing plate, wherein the upper fixing plate and the lower fixing plate are used for fixing the wood grid bars; the upper fixing plate and the lower fixing plate are in horizontal arrangement; the end surfaces at two ends of each wood grid bar are inclined for forming a 45-degree angle with the horizontal plane; installing grooves matched with the wood grid bars are respectively arranged on the upper fixing plate and the lower fixing plate; and the bottom surface of each installing groove is inclined for forming a 45-degree angle with the horizontal plane. The processing process of the wood grid lattice veneer comprises the steps of material preparing, splicing, reinforcing, top sealing, batten bar dismounting and the like. The 45-degree-angle inclined inclination surfaces arranged at two ends of each wood grid bar are mutually matched with the installing grooves with the inclined bottom surfaces; after the wood grid bars are installed, the structure is more stable; the positioning is accurate; the gap is fixed; and meanwhile, the assembling efficiency is higher by adopting such a matching mode.
