CO2 capture and use for EOR in Western Canada 4. Economic results and conclusions

Abstract If mitigation of CO 2 emissions is required, the capture of CO 2 and utilizatin for enhanced oil recovery is a feasible option applicable to Western Canada. Here there are sources, sinks and potential economic incentive. The benefits from enhanced oil recovery can provide a significant offset against the cost of meeting environmental targets.
