Formalization of Forming the Influence Factors in the Projects of Protecting Theobjectswithmassive Stay of People

The analysis of the current state of implementation of projects for the formation of safe living conditionsof the society is carried out. The necessity to integrate the principles of security-oriented management into thestandard methodology of management the projects of population protection is specified and the main factors ofinfluence in such projects, which form basic regional projects are determined. On the basis of the conducted research, the model of the distribution of factors influence on optimization of time reserves of planned structures is constructed and its formalization is carried out. The basic principles for effective management the projects of objects protection with massive stay of people in the conditions of Ukraine are determined.
