The method of preparing crystals of cefotaxime

The present invention relates to a method of cefotaxime crystals prepared. At 10-40 deg.] C, sodium acetate was dissolved in a mixed solvent of organic solvent and water, a mixed solvent of organic solvent in a volume fraction of 30% -70%; cefotaxime acid was added, with stirring cefotaxime acid in the reaction solution . To the solution was added sodium cefotaxime seed crystals, followed by addition of eluent, eluent flow for 2-8 h addition time, the temperature was lowered to -5-5 ℃. Crystal slurry was filtered, washed, and dried to obtain cefotaxime sodium crystalline product. The present invention is to avoid the gelling phenomenon common cefotaxime crystallization process, the resulting product and the primary particle distribution size adjustable between 5-60μm. Product flow is good, the yield of the process is higher than 87%, greater than 95.5% purity.
