Response of underground multiconductor cable systems to external fields illumination [with reply]

In his previous comment [ibid., vol. 144, p. 294, 1997] the author had questioned the assertion by F. Han et al. [ibid. vol. 143, pp. 137-42, 1996] that their expression for P(S') in their equation, was correct in general. In the present comment, the author replies to Han's response [ibid. vol. 144, pp. 294-5, 1997] and S. Sali replies to this comment.
