A power supply module supplies a 3.3V power supply to a master control circuit and supplies a 5V power supply and a -5V power supply to a light transmitter module and a light receiver module. A PC module circuit is in charge of providing signals needing to be emitted to the master control module circuit and receiving the signals transmitted by the light transmitter module circuit. The master control module circuit provides the signals to the light transmitter module circuit. The light receiver module circuit is in charge of receiving the signals sent by the light transmitter module circuit. The system related to by the utility model can be arranged on any devices with carrying conditions, can actually measure the running states of the devices, provides data sending and receiving means for the devices, and can realize short-distance and high-speed underwater communication in various underwater environments.
