QTLs Analysis of First Female Flower Node Using Genetic Linkage Map Derived from Population with Distinct Parents of Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.)

QTLs mapping of firse female flower node was conducted by using genetic linkage map derived from population with distinct parents of cucumber. Total 8 QTLs,ff1-8,were found on the map,locating on the linkage group 2,group 3, group 6 and group 7,respectively. The percentages of variation explained for the phenotype are 81.6% ,81.0%,81.0%, 80.0%,80.6%,81.1%,81.0% and 80.7%,respectively. All of the 8 QTLs showed positive additive effect except ff3,ff4 loci that showed negative additive effect.
