Method for producing binding molecules human OX40-receptor
2008
A method for producing a binding molecule isolated that binds to human OX40R, and the method comprising expressing an amino acid sequence of the binding molecule in a host cell comprising one or more expression vectors comprising nucleic acid molecules encoding the amino acid sequence of the binding molecule, wherein the binding molecule comprises: A. (a) a heavy chain CDR1 comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1; (B) a heavy chain CDR2 comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2; (C) a heavy chain CDR3 comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3; (D) a light chain CDR1 comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4; (E) a light chain CDR2 comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 5; and (f) a light chain CDR3 comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 6; or B. (a) a variable region of the heavy chain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 7; and (b) a variable region of the light chain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 8; or C. (a) a heavy chain CDR1 comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 13; (B) a heavy chain CDR2 comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 14; (C) a heavy chain CDR3 comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 15; (D) a light chain CDR1 comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 16; (E) a light chain CDR2 comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 17; and (f) a light chain CDR3 comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 18; or D. (a) a variable region of the heavy chain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 19; and (b) a variable region of the light chain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 20.
