The invention relates to a stuffing made from fresh water fish, its preparing process and use, wherein the stuffing uses fresh water fish as principal raw material, and also comprises water, egg white, vegetable, onion, salad oil, cooking wine, ginger, salt, sesame oil, soy sauce, sodium glutamate and pricklyash peel. The invention also discloses the formulation and process for preparation.
