Urazy stawu kolanowego stanowią okolo 70% wszystkich urazow w sporcie. Strukturą anatomiczną w obrebie stawu kolanowego, ktora najcześciej ulega uszkodzeniu jest wiezadlo krzyzowe przednie (ACL). Autorzy na przykladzie opisywanego przypadku przedstawili przygotowanie pacjenta do rekonstrukcji wiezadla krzyzowego przedniego. Opisano zalozenia oraz role rehabilitacji przedoperacyjnej. Zaprezentowano schemat postepowania diagnostycznego oraz program postepowania fizjoterapeutycznego przed rekonstrukcją ACL. Slowa kluczowe: ACL, rehabilitacja przedoperacyjna, rekonstrukcja Abstract. Knee injuries account for about 70% of all injuries in sports. Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is an anatomical structure which is most susceptible to damage in the knee. The authors present prepare the patient for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Describes the assumptions and the role of preoperative rehabilitation. The paper presents a scheme of diagnostic and program of physiotherapy before ACL reconstruction. Key words: ACL, preoperative rehabilitation, reconstruction
