Bentuk Kemitraan Masyarakat Desa Pakraman Dalam Pengembangan Daya Tarik Wisata di Kawasan Wisata Monkey Forest Sangeh, Di Kabupaten Badung, Provinsi Bali

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) mengidentifikasi bentuk kemitraan dalam pengembangan daya tarik wisata di kawasan Wisata Monkey Forest Sangeh, 2) menganalisis peran mitra dalam pengelolaan potensi daya tarik wisata Wisata Monkey Forest Sangeh, 3) menganalisis kendala-kendala yang dialami dalam melakukan kemitraan untuk pengembangan daya tarik wisata. Dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut dilakukan penelitian dengan rancangan diskriptif menggunakan studi populasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara terstruktur dengan kuesioner yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan:(1) terdapat 3 bentuk kemitraan dalam pengembangan daya tarik wisata Monkey Forest Sangeh, yaitu kontrak kelola, kontrak sewa, dan kontrak bangun. (2) peran mitra dalam pengelolaan potensi daya tarik wisata Monkey Forest Sangeh masih belum maksimal, terutama pada komponen persiapan, pelaksanaan, penyediaan areal parkir, monitoring, penyediaan rambu-rambu lalulintas, dan penyediaan tempat sampah. (3) Masih terdapat kendala dalam pengelolaan objek wisata Monkey Forest Sangeh, baik pada perencanaan, anggran, promosi, dan kesadaran masyarakat. Kata Kunci : Bentuk Kemitraan, Peran Mitra, Daya Tarik Wisata, Monkey Forest Sangeh The purpose of this study were to: 1) identify forms of partnership in the development of tourist attraction in the area of Tourism Monkey Forest Sangeh, 2) analyze the role of partners in the management of potential tourist attraction Travel Monkey Forest Sangeh, 3) analyze the constraints experienced in partnership for the development of tourist attraction. In achieving these objectives, a research in form of descriptive design by using population study was done. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and structured interviews with questionnaires to be further analyzed by using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results shows: (1) there are 3 forms of partnership in the development of a tourist attraction Monkey Forest Sangeh, namely contract management, lease contracts, and contracts wake. (2) the role of partner in the management of potential tourist attraction Monkey Forest Sangeh is still not optimal, especially in the components of the preparation, implementation, provision of parking areas, monitoring, provision of traffic signs, and the provision of bins, (3) there are still major obstacles in the management of Monkey Forest Sangeh attraction, both in the planning, budgets, promotion, and public awareness. keyword : Forms Partnership, Partner Role, Tourist Attractions, Monkey Forest Sangeh
