Th is article defi nes urgency of the problem of brittle bones. It describes approaches of surgical correction of this pathology in children, off ers original method of surgical treatment of clinical aspects of brittle bones using titanium nickelide materials. Th e advantage of materials consists in bioinertness and high durability. Use of titanium nikelide implants in brittle bones treatment process reduces recovery period and improves quality of life of patients.
