Projekt zlepšení krizové komunikace Správy železnic, s.o. v době šíření coronaviru

The diploma thesis deals with crisis management and crisis communication of the Sprava zeleznic, s.o. at the time of coronavirus spread. The theoretical part is focused on the crisis of the company, crisis management and crisis communication. Attention is paid to the issue not only with the use of a general concept, but also from the perspective of the current epidemiological situation. The practical part describes the current level of crisis communication in the selected company, methods for risk identification and analysis are used, and in the end created its own project to improve crisis communication of the Sprava zeleznic, s.o. during the spread of coronavirus.
