Industrial permanent anti-static coating agent using the carbon nanotube, and that manufacturing method, and coating method using that coating agent, and coated material

2007
An industrial permanent anti-static coating agent is provided to allow its application to working uniforms so that various accidents or obstacles caused by static electricity in the industrial spots can be prevented, and to realize a simple coating process, excellent durability and a broad range of applicable fabrics. An industrial permanent anti-static coating agent is obtained by the method comprising the steps of: mixing polytetramethylene glycol, diisocyanate, a chain extender and a catalyst; mixing the materials at 80-50 deg.C for 50 minutes; introducing a chain extender and DMBA thereto, carrying out a reaction for one hour, and checking the presence of NCO terminals, followed by cooling; introducing triethyl amine thereto as a neutralizer, followed by mixing at a temperature of 50 deg.C or lower for 20 minutes; introducing a mixture of water and carbon nanotubes to emulsify the resultant mixture; and introducing EDA thereto and checking the presence of NCO terminals.
