Deodorant absorptive web material and its manufacture, sanitary napkin using the same and medical material package

PURPOSE: To obtain a web material to absorb smelling elements by spreading a deodorant absorptive grain material over the whole base web, providing coupled systems permeable to smelling elements and making the base web have more than specified capacity porosity percentage. CONSTITUTION: Deodorant absorptive grain material is spread over a whole base web material and connected to the base web material through binding agent. In case the base web material is fiber, for example, deodorant absorptive grain material (as well as alkali salt grain) is jointed to the fiber on its surface along its length. Consequently, total surface area of exposed absorptive grains comes to maximum in order to make the effect of a deodorant web material maximum. The base web has capacity porosity percentage over 75% sufficient enough to effectively soaked, while it keeps sufficient amount of deodorant absorptive grain material, and letting the gas effectively pass through inside in order to absorb smelling elements from the gas.
