IL-13 (interleukin-13) antibody as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses an IL-13 (interleukin-13) antibody as well as a preparation method and an application thereof. The IL-13 antibody comprises one or more of a heavy chain CDR1, a heavy chain CDR2 and a heavy chain CDR3 in a heavy chain variable region, and/or one or more of a light chain CDR1, a light chain CDR2 and a light chain CDR3 in a light chain variable region of the IL-13 antibody, and amino acid sequences of the heavy chains and the light chains are represented in the description. The IL-13 antibody has high affinity and can obviously inhibit secretion of IL-13-induced TARC (thymus and activation regulated chemokine) and periostin and expression of VCAM-1 (vascular cell adhesion molecule-1) and remarkably inhibit IL-13-induced bronchial hyperresponsiveness of a mouse, thereby being applied to preparation of drugs for preventing or treating diseases related with IL-13 abnormal expression or dysfunction.
