Влияние фторидов элементов первой группы на ионную проводимость системы SnF2-MF

2010
Conductivity data in the range of 298-463 K for (1-x)SnF2-xMF system is investigated. Factors, affecting conductivity, are established, phase transitions are examined, and activation energies are determined in the given system. Appearance of new phases (KSn2F5, CsSn2F5, Cs2SnF6, NaSn2F5) in some cases increases conductivity and smoothes phase transition, which is inherent in pure tin fluoride (II). Conductivity of the studied solid solution equal to σ ~ 10-2 S/cm at 453 K allows us to refer these materials to superionic conductors. Variation of composition of the solid solution enables us to trace the mechanism of conductivity.
