Facile removal of a peptide chain from a solid phase resin support by hydrolysis using tetrabutylammonium fluoride trihydrate in N,N-dimethylformamide

1988
The ester hydrolysis reaction, using tetrabutylammonium fluoride trihydrate [0.05 M TBAF·3H2O in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), 25°C, 30 min, twice], has been successfully applied to the removal of a peptide chain from a solid phase resin support.
