10~150keV X射線碘化汞探測器陣列研製

The merecuric iodide (HgI2) semiconductor X-ray detectors possess the characters of low noise, high efficiency of detection high counting rate, high energy resolution and working in roon temperature. We make an array of five HgI2 detectors to detect X-ray radiation with energy 15~150keV produced by suprathermal eletrons and low energy runaway electrons in the HL-1M Tokamak. We obtain the 3-dimensions figure of radiation intensity under the condition of pellet injection and discuss the polarization phenomeno of HgI2 detector.
