Management Mechanism and Reform Difficulties of Guangdong University Journals

In order to find out the current situation,characteristics and main problems in Guangdong university journals,the comprehensive investigations had been made on the management mode,affiliation,mechanism,editor orientation,working style,finance management approach and business circumstance of different kinds of university journals in Guangdong province.In this paper,the practical problems that Guangdong university journals have to confront in publishing system reform were found.Some suggestions were also put forward to provide a reference for the system reform and to provide evidence for the decision-making of administration.
