PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to flexibly manage control equipment of a site and accompanying equipment.SOLUTION: Since identification information that enables uniquely identifying information on control facilities whose design timing and architectures are mutually different and accompanying facility is coded, identification information is combined to ensure uniqueness. Furthermore, a parent-child relationship of identifiers is built and structured as a tree structure on the basis of the structure of the control facilities. The control facility operation management apparatus manages a combination of a structured identifier and information to be managed or a combination of structured identification information and database identification information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
