La gestión del conocimiento en las universidades de la Región Caribe: Una aproximación a sus prácticas.

Knowledge management is a key survival factor for organizations, in this era of knowledge, where institutions are conceived from and for knowledge; leaving aside this means perishing in a market with constant changes and difficult to adapt. Thus, this research aims to address the state of knowledge management in the universities of the Caribbean region. Through a scale analysis, applied to three universities in the Caribbean region. The results show that universities encounter difficulties in knowledge management practices, mainly in those individuals who have the most time in these practices.
