Practice of EBN in Preventing the Common Complication of Patients with Hemiplegia and Traumatic Brain Injury

Objective To explore the practice of EBN in preventing the common complication of patients with hemiplegia and traumatic brain injury. Methods 105 in-patients with hemiplegia and traumatic brain injury from August 2008 to December 2009 took the EBN by organizing the EBN group,defining the problems,finding the evidence-based support. Results Through these nursing measures,none of patients who discharged was found to have the pressure ulcer and hypostatic pneumonia,1 case was found to have urinary tract infection,2 cases were found to have the constipation. Conclusions Taking the EBN in preventing the common complication of patients with hemiplegia and traumatic brain injury can achieve the satisfactory results.
