The invention discloses a dicing machine for donkey-hide gelatin and belongs to cutting and breaking equipment, especially equipment for cutting sheet materials into small square blocks. The dicing machine for donkey-hide gelatin is characterized in that the dicing machine mainly comprises a frame, a donkey-hide gelatin conveying device, a longitudinal cutting device and a transverse cutting device, wherein the frame is provided with a plane operating platform; the donkey-hide gelatin conveying device, the longitudinal cutting device and the transverse cutting device are mounted on the frame; the longitudinal cutting device comprises a longitudinal cutter and a longitudinal cutting driving device; the longitudinal cutter is composed of 8-10 disc slicers which are parallel to one another, located on the operating platform and fixed on a longitudinal cutting shaft; the longitudinal cutting driving device is used for connecting the longitudinal cutting shaft to a motor; the transverse cutting device comprises a cutter and a cutter driving device; the cutter is located on the operating platform and capable of sliding up and down; and the cutter driving device is used for connecting a cutting motor with the cutter. The longitudinal cutting device and the transverse cutting device are mounted on the same equipment, thereby realizing a continuous process of longitudinal cutting and transverse cutting under the driving of a donkey-hide gelatin conveyor, cutting the donkey-hide gelatin into small square donkey-hide gelatin dices in same size, achieving high working efficiency and lightening the labor intensity.
