The multi-enzyme complex preparation containing the microcapsule is added into tobacco raw materials in a feeding mode according to 0.5%-1% of the weight of the tobacco raw materials in a tobacco threshing re-baking line or a tobacco storage alcoholization or formula tobacco thread making line. The microencapsulation protease in the multi-enzyme complex preparation contains a high polymer material wall material, the protease wrapped by the wall material is not easy to dissolve in the low water solution state and can be dispersed and dissolved quickly in the diluted high water solution state, so that activity loss of the protease and other enzymes caused by the fact that the protease reacts with other enzymes is avoided.
