ПОРІВНЯЛЬНИЙ АНАЛІЗ ВПЛИВУ ШУНТУВАННЯ ШЛУНКУ ЗА РУ ТА ЛАПАРОСКОПІЧНОГО МІНІ-ШУНТУВАННЯ ШЛУНКУ НА ПЕРЕБІГ ЦУКРОВОГО ДІАБЕТУ 2 ТИПУ

A study and a comparative analysis of the effect of Roux-en-Y gastric bypass from the “classical” laparotomic access and laparoscopic mini gastric bypass on type 2 diabetes mellitus were conducted. The results of anthropometric measurements and laboratory parameters such as blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin showed the high effectiveness of the bariatric and metabolic effects of the applied bariatric procedures with the prevalence of laparoscopic mini gastric bypass in weight reducing and resolution of type 2 diabetes.
