In the article judgements are outspoken about a language as about a mean, and about speech as about the method of forming and formulation of idea by means of language in the process of vocal activity of student. An educational process on foreign languages has the brightly expressed intercultural dominant, reflects along with factual and lingvo-regional studies aspects, also spiritual-moral and valued aspects. In the process of study of foreign language a student acquire knowledge of elements of stranger culture, general and excellent as compared to own, and also system of values, educated on the base of stranger culture; personality qualities and social responsibility of students develop. Spiritual-moral development is based on co-operation of components of personality taught (lingvocognitive, emotional-perceptible, motivational-valued, activity), processes, internal and external terms, providing educational-vocal activity in foreign language.
