According to stakeholder theory, employees are the key stakeholders and sustainable talent management should consider the overall expectations of stakeholders and interested parties. While previous studies had argued that the importance of people-oriented and long-term talent development, current empirical studies of sustainable human resource management are still in the initial state and lacking of mainstream arguments and measurements. Furthermore, based on social cognitive career theory, managers will perceive and recognize organizational and group's support, integrate their ability and planning, and finally led to individual career advancement.
