Perspectivas de la llamada jubilación activa en el mercado laboral español

espanolEl presente trabajo analiza, a la luz de la regulacion aplicable en nuestro ordenamiento interno, el alcance de la llamada jubilacion activa, que permite compatibilizar el trabajo por cuenta propia o ajena y a tiempo completo o parcial con el cobro de la pension, persiguiendose con ello favorecer el empleo de los trabajadores de mas edad y fomentar el envejecimiento activo. EnglishThe present paper analyzes, in light of the regulations applicable in our internal legislation, the scope of the so-called active retirement, which allows to make compatible the self-employment work or for others and full or part time with the collection of the pension, thereby pursuing the employment of older workers and promote active aging.
