Users Manual for the NWC Spectral Analysis Computer Program.

Abstract : This report contains a user's manual for the Naval Weapons Center adaptation of the NASA-developed Spectral Analysis Computer Program, VIBAN3. The functions computed are discussed. The methods of preparing the data for analysis are shown. An in-depth discussion of the options in the program is presented. A sample analysis, from digitizing data to selecting various program options and displaying the lead card and deck setup, is shown. Flow diagrams of the overall program and the subroutines are shown.
