ГЕНЕТИЧЕСКИЕ МАРКЕРЫ ПРЕДРАСПОЛОЖЕННОСТИ К ЗАНЯТИЯМ БОДИБИЛДИНГОМ И ФИТНЕСОМ

2008
The purpose of the present research was to reveal associations between ACE, ACTN3, PPARA, PPARD, PGC1A, UCP2, UCP3, AMPD1, AR gene polymorphisms and several anthropometrical, compositional and physiological parameters in competing professional bodybuilders (men, n=42) and female fitness athletes (n=2l). The methods of the research and the contingent of the testees 42 competing bodybuilders and female fitness athletes (n=21) took part in the research. Their data had been analyzed according to two criteria which were the duration of training experience and the moment of fixing phenotypic parameters. As far as by the moment of the data collection 18 male and 8 female athletes were in the competitive period, various compositional parameters were also included in the analysis of the groups. 8 male and 5 female athletes were world and European champions and prize-winners, 10 male and 3 female athletes were champions and prize-winners of Russia. In the course of the study several methods had been used which are the following: questioning according to power performance, anthropometry, pulsometry blood pressure measurement, genofyping with the use of polymerase chain reaction. The results of the research. The presence of AR L, PGCIA Ser, UCP2 Valand ACTN3 Ralleles in male athletes (except ACTN3 R) and AR L, ACE I and PPARD T alleles in female athletes was associated with the power performance development and better muscle mass gain. Furthermore, the males with PPARA G, UCP2 Ala, UCP3 TAMPD1 С and AR S alleles and female ones with PPARA G, UCP2 Ala, PGCIA Gly, PPARD С correlated with low the level of subcutaneous fat had the most evident muscle relief. The males with ACE D and PPARD С alleles were predisposed to tachycardia, whilst PGC1A Ser and AR L alleles were associated with higher indices of blood pressure.
