The objective of our review is to assess the procedure, satisfaction and tolerance through tubal sterilization patients Essure®. This is a prospective study in 2007-2009 in the University Hospital La Fe in Valencia, Spain. During this period a total of 119 patients chose hysteroscopy sterilization as a method of sterilization permanent contraception. We conducted a review of the procedure (easily, complications, satisfaction and confirmation by image test) and their results (effects, pregnancy, bleeding) during the each patient follow-up. One hundred and eight (97,29%) women were sterilized using this method finally. The placement was successful in the first attempt at 105 (97,22%) patients and 3 (2,77%) in the second attempt. A total 43 (39, 81%) patients, by phone, replied to a questionnaire 24 hours later.
