Disrupted Topologic Efficiency of White Matter Structural Connectome in Individuals with Subjective Cognitive Decline

By using diffusion MR imaging tractography combined with graph analysis, our study found disrupted topologic organization of brain structural connectome in individuals with subjective cognitive decline and provided potential connectome-based biomarkers for the early detection of cognitive impairment in elderly individuals.
