Low heat generation and high thermal conductivity tire sidewall rubber composition

2015
The present invention relates to the technical field of rubber, and in particular to a low heat generation and high thermal conductivity tire sidewall rubber composition. The composition is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 30.0-70.0 parts of natural rubber, 30.0-70.0 parts of, butadiene rubber 25.0-45.0 parts of carbon black, 5.0-25.0 parts of a composite thermally conductive filler, 3.0-5.0 parts of zinc oxide, 1.0-2.0 parts of stearic acid, 1.0-4.0 parts of tackifying resin, 1.0-3.0 parts of an antioxidant 4020, 0.5-1.5 parts of antioxidant RD, 1.0-3.0 parts of protective wax, 2.0-8.0 parts of aromatic hydrocarbon oil, 1.0-2.5 parts of sulfur, 0.5-2.0 parts of an accelerator NS, and 0-0.3 part of a scorch retarder CTP.
