Intelligent Decision-Making Algorithm for Supplier Evaluation Based on Multi-criteria Preferences

in supply chain management and e-procurement processes, the evaluation and selection of given offers by different suppliers is a critical task. Decision makers are faced by many variables and constraints that should be met before any decision are taken. Considering this difficulty; an intelligent DMPA model was presented to employ pre-selected preferences to evaluate presented offers. The experimental results showed that DMPA model was capable of choosing the most suitable offer among the offers presented by different suppliers based on the given preferences.
