Abstract The purpose of this study is to introduce a high-throughput system, Aurora FLOW, for the simultaneous detection of 3 clinically relevant pathogens of sexually transmitted infections. Comparative evaluation with other systems revealed an overall concordance of 97.9% for Chlamydia trachomatis and comparable performance for Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Trichomonas vaginalis .
