Semiconductor circuit, display device, electronic apparatus with the same

The present invention provides a semiconductor circuit having a D type flip-flop and a display device and an electronic apparatus having the display device. In the present invention, instead of a conventional D flip-flop within the number of transistors which occupy eight two clocked inverters, the use of two n-channel transistor and a p-channel transistor, thereby reducing the number of transistors.
