In order to study the clinical course of occupational sensorineural hearing loss among coal miners, the medical records of 61 patients were studied. Highly experienced miners with an average work experience of 27.29 years in underground conditions and an average age of 52,11 predominated among the patients. Miners were admitted to the hospital for determining the causal link between the disease and the profession in the late stages of the disease 96.7% of patients with sensorineural hearing loss.
