Dust volume check system and monitoring method

A dust check system and a monitoring method are provided to prevent fires and various kinds of accidents caused by backward flow of BFG(Blast Furnace Gas) by controlling a discharging time of the dust and preventing the backward flow of the BFG. In a dust check system(100), a detection unit(30) has a detection window made of quartz glass at the outside, a housing with a device mounting board at the inside, a cover coupled with both sides of the housing and having a connection unit and an air path, and a camera, a lamp, a laser distance measuring unit, and an infrared thermometer formed on the device mounting board of the housing. A transporting unit(40) comprises a wire connected to the connection unit of the cover, and a wire drum. A dry air-type cooling unit(50) is connected to a rail pipe. A computer(60) transmits and receives data. A monitor(70) displays an image.
