RECOMMENDATIONS That it be a recommendation to Council: That pursuant to Part 13.1 of the Local Government Act 2008, Council resolves by special resolution to amend the Alice Springs (Aquatic and Leisure Centre) Amendment By-laws 2011 by making the Alice Springs (Aquatic and Leisure Centre) Amendment By-laws 2012 as contained in Attachment A to this Report. REPORT 1. BACKGROUND Draft Alice Springs (Aquatic and Leisure Centre) Amendment By-laws 2012 were placed on public exhibition pursuant to a resolution of the May 2012 Ordinary Council.
