Filter cylinder type off-line ash removal dust collector

A filter cylinder type off-line ash removal dust collector comprises a box body which is internally provided with a dust collecting chamber, an air purification chamber, a fan motor chamber and an electric control chamber, wherein an air inlet is arranged at one side of the dust collecting chamber; an air outlet is arranged at one side of the fan motor chamber; an ash hopper is arranged at the lower part of the dust collecting chamber; a plurality of groups of filter cylinders and off-line ash removal devices are arranged in the dust collecting chamber; the dust collecting chamber is communicated with the air purification chamber through the filter cylinders and the off-line ash removal devices; the fan motor chamber is arranged above the air purification chamber; and a fan is arranged in the fan motor chamber. By adopting the filter cylinder type off-line ash removal dust collector, the ash removal can be carried out by the filter cylinders in the off-line state, the ash removal is thorough, the impacts on the filter cylinder by the pressure peak fluctuation of the pulse air flow can be effectively reduced, and the pressure raise in the filter cylinders is uniform. Therefore, the service life of the filter cylinders can be effectively prolonged, and the shutdown maintenance time of the dust collector is reduced.
