Elastic imaging method and system

The invention provides an elastic imaging method, which comprises the following steps: acquiring pre-compressed data and post-compressed data, wherein the pre-compressed data and the post-compressed data have a plurality of data points which are distributed in the form of a data matrix; meshing the pre-compressed data and the post-compressed data; computing block matching displacement between grids of the pre-compressed data and the post-compressed data, which are mutually matched, by taking the grid as a unit, so that a coarse displacement result is obtained; fitting the coarse displacement result so as to a fitting result which uses the data point of benchmark data as a unit; superposing the fitting displacement result in the data point of the benchmark data, so as to obtain a superposed data point which is a correction fitting data point and to obtain correction fitting data in the correction fitting data point; and acquiring a stress field and generating an elastic image. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the correction fitting data can be obtained through local deformation, so that integral relative deformation between two frames of data is reduced and the correlation of the two frames of the data is improved. The invention also provides an elastic imaging system.
