Preparation of the Microcosm N-System

In this chapter, the preparation of the microcosm test, including the apparatus, the dissolved oxygen (DO) meters (electrode DO meter and fluorometric DO meter), the calibration of the DO meter, and the oxygen dissolution rate are described. Additionally, the treatment of the microcosm N-system from successive subculturing is also explained.
