Constructing of Bluetongue virus group-specific recombinant antigen producer

The article is dedicated to constructing of Bluetongue virus group-specific recombinant antigen producer (VP7). The basic phases of making the construction are described: cloning VP7 gene into procariotic vector, E. coli clones selection which are born recombinant plasmid, confirmation of expressing protein specificity in ELISA.
