Предикторы исходов геморрагического инсульта в реанимационной практике

We prospectively examined 40 cases of hemorrhagic stroke in the patients aged from 42 to 90 years. In multivariate analysis, we found that signifi cant independent predictive factors for intracerebral hemorrhage included age, level of conscience according to the Glasgow Come Scale and volume of hemorrhage according to CT. Th e knowledge of predictors of hemorrhagic stroke helps to defi ne the prognosis for intracerebral hemorrhage including degree of neurological defi cit.
