The self-checking circuit module and the system interface adaptive module are integrated and then are connected with a testing platform. A problem of separation of the detecting function and the self-checking function of an automatic testing device is resolved. Therefore, the device is capable of performing self checking of analog quantity and discrete quantity and self verification of 1553B flows.
