Photocell integrated liquid crystal display and photocell integrated flat panel display

The invention discloses a photocell integrated liquid crystal display and a photocell integrated flat panel display. The photocell integrated liquid crystal display at least comprises a first substrate, a second substrate, a display material layer, a first photocell structure, an external connection conductive layer and a conductive structure, wherein the display material layer is sealed between the first and second substrates which are arranged in parallel; the first photocell structure is arranged on the first substrate; the external connection conductive layer is arranged on the second substrate and relative to a peripheral area and the outer side of the first substrate for connecting an external circuit; and the conductive structure is clamped in the peripheral area between the two substrates and electrically connected with the first photocell structure and the external connection conductive layer.
