Достижение контроля над бронхиальной астмой у больных с холодовой гиперреактивностью бронхов

Modern conception of bronchial asthma (BA) pharmacotherapy is based on the achievement of control of the disease. The results of BA control (GINA, 2007) achievement study in patients with cold airway hyperresponsiveness under inhalation glucocorticosteroid monotherapy are presented in the article. There are 76 patients with BA exacerbation at the second and the third stages of 24-week basic therapy course. Close correlation connection between cold airway hyperresponsiveness parameters and BA control values has been revealed. The total control over asthma symptoms has been achieved in 18% patients. 38.5% BA patients with cold airway hyperresponsiveness were under total or part control.
