Модифікована методика визначення проліну в рослинних об'єктах

It is known that the reaction of plants to stress can be judged by proline concentration in their bodies. There has been proposed optimized for mass measurements, modified method for determination of free proline by ninhydrin method in plants. The new modification of the known method is characterized by greater simplicity, expressiveness and harmlessness for researchers. It has been shown application of this technique for the assessment of changes in the amino acid proline content in the leaves of Elaeagnus angustifolia L. and Salicornia europaea L., which grow in coastal areas of hypersaline Kuyalnik estuary, with high soil salinity by NaCl.
